Card and gift all in one?

Morning all, 

Back to share another project for Funky Hand! This month the DT are all using the Funky Daze CD which you can get here for a fabulous price of just £1! 

For my card today I used the linen collection. I wanted to make something a bit different to your bog standard card but my brain just couldn't think! I ended up with a card but added a gift card holder on the front. Obviously you could change the colour scheme to match your gift card and this CD certainly gives you hundreds of different colours!

Funky Daze! Its all about the glasses!

Morning all, back with another project to share for Funky Hand! As we are still in April (just) my project is still using the Funky Daze CD which you can get here for just £1!!! 

My project for today I kept it simple. I dug out a die I hadn't used before. I printed out a couple of different sheets at the beginning of the month as I had printer issues and thought that might be the end for my not so little HP. I layered up the paper on black to make it stand out more, I added the die cut glasses and a sentiment. I then added a couple of small gems to the top of the glasses and then in the corners of the card.

Having had a bit of a desk tidy up I found a strip of paper (when I say strip it was less than 4 inches wide and not much longer!! I couldn't resist making a mans version of the above card, obviously without the gems and with an added moustache!

Funky Hand - Funky Daze!

Morning all, back with my first Funky Hand project of the month!! This month the DT are all using one of the fabulous CD's which has been reduced in the shop for the whole month to just £1!! This months CD is Funky Daze!

Just look at all of these fab papers included on the disc!! You could literally be there for hours looking through and choosing which to use!! 

For my cards I went really CAS, this was after my printer packed up and Lou came to my rescue and filled in for me one day last week!! I managed to kick the printer and get it started again (for how long who knows!) I printed out some of the fab papers then had to figure out what to make!! I ended up with 2 of the cutest baby cards you ever did see! 

For my second card I did exactly the same as the first one but changed the papers around! 

The bottom of the elephants ear has been rolled slightly so it sticks out just enough to show.

Funky Hand - Funky Seasons - Easter Treats!

Morning all, back with another post for this months fab offer at Funky Hand! This month the Funky Seasons CD rom is just £1 and the DT have been cooking up a storm showing off some fabulous samples!

My sample today I made as 1 of 4 for friends of mine and stuffed it with little eggs! I found a template to create this cute little bag, teamed with some papers from the Funky Seasons CD Rom and using some of my dies to also make flowers from the papers. 

What do you think? perfect for those little easter eggs!! Yum!

Funky Hand - Funky Seasons!

Morning, I am back with another DT project for Funky Hand!! As you will know if you ready my blog for the month of May the DT are all using the same collection of papers. This month we are all using the CD Funky Seasons which is available here for the fabulous price of just £1!! 

Here is my project for today! 

I used my MFT balloon die to create the above, teamed with a scallop border and the sentiment is from one of the Betty stamp sets which is also £1 available here.

Funky Hand - Funky Seasons - Dig Out your Hi Tops!

Morning all. So its another month which can only mean another new special offer from Funky Hand!! This month the Funky Seasons CD is just £1 for the whole month of March!! Just like last month the DT have been making creations using this CD to inspire you and there is a new post on the blog every single day!  

So for my first card of the month I dug out a die which I have never used before. Its by MFT and is the Hi top die! 

I LOVE how this card turned out, so funky!!

Challenge with a friend - Man Up!

So after last weeks challenge with Michele was so much fun we decided to give it another go!! This week she tried to be mean and make me use Washi Tape! (I have never used Washi tape in my life!) so as payback I chose an extra of Male!! She hates making mens cards! hehehe! I bet she makes the most fabulous card ever though! 

So for my card I used a scrap of paper left over from a card I will share shortly. The papers are from Funky Hands Funky Season CD which is £1 for the month of March! More on that later! 

So I added washi to adjacent corners, I diecut a moustache die and stamped a sentiment! All mounted on a 5x5 inch card blank!! So what do you think?

Funky Hand - Hearts & Flowers .... and a Butterfly!

Time to share another project for Funky Hand! This one is part of the month long special *Love* download sale where you can get selected downloads for just £1!! 

For my card today I used a download called Hearts and Flowers. 

Rather than make a valentines card I made a general For you card. 

I layered up all of the papers on lilac card stock, then added some ribbon with a small butterfly bead. I added a butterfly to the centre which I added a little bling to.

I Love You!

Morning all, as you know it is a month long celebration of LOVE and to celebrate we have all of the downloads in the LOVE section on offer for just £1! For todays card I used the I Love You Sew themed download. Keeping my card CAS I stuck to just 2 different pieces. 

I added a strip of black with a scallop punched border, then die cut some pink hearts to over lay. I hand stamped the sentiment directly onto the card (and then stopped holding my breath incase it was wonky!!) finished with a couple of small pink pearls I love the CAS look!
